Our Corals, Fish and Marine Invertebrates all carry the ATA Arrive Alive Guarantee. Any livestock that arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival) will be fully covered by either a free replacement of the same product, or a full refund if unavailable. Please follow these simple rules to report any DOA problems:

1. DOA livestock must be reported within 24 hours of shipment receipt.

2. All DOA reports must sent to sales@aloha-tropics.com accompanied with a clear photo of the DOA specimen.

3. ATA Arrive Alive Guarantee will be void if the shipment is not signed for.
Packages that are instructed to be left at the door will NOT be covered under the Arrive Alive Guarantee.

DRY GOODS RETURN POLICY

Dry goods carry a Limited 14-day Return Policy. Damaged and Defective Merchandise are covered under the individual product's warranty. All merchandise returns must first be cleared with the Returns Department at service@aloha-tropics.com. All merchandise returns for a refund MUST be accompanied with the original packaging. Returned Merchandise are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. Individual Merchandise Policies are as follows:

Additives & Supplements
Must be returned sealed. Any merchandise under this category must be returned unused and in new resellable condition.

Equipment & Lighting
Refunds will only be granted to unused equipment. Equipment that is used can qualify for Store Credit within the 14 day Return Period. All used Equipment must be cleaned and returned in resellable condition. Lighting Equipment can be returned if used but MUST be accompanied by original bulbs and packaging.

Royal Exlusive Protein Skimmers
BubbleKing Skimmers are handmade to order and CANNOT be returned under any circumstance. Defective products will be covered under warranty.

Aquariums
Aquariums, Aquarium Stands and Sumps cannot be returned because they are special order merchandise with large shipping costs.

Livestock & Foods
Livestock & Foods do not qualify for returns.


ALL SHIPPING COSTS FOR NON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

ALOHA TROPICS IS A LICENSED RESELLER AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS MADE BY THE MANUFACTURERS.

ALOHA TROPICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY LIVESTOCK OR DRY GOODS TO THE CUSTOMERS PERSONAL PROPERTY. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO CONDUCT DUE DILLIGENCE BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY PRODUCTS.
